Buttered Rosemary Pan Steak

  • Grass Fed Sirloin Steak (or cut of your desire) - season one side with sea salt and black pepper.

  • 2 TBS grass fed butter - melt in the skillet; when all melted and pan is HOT, add steak, season side down.

  • Flip steak when side one has started to brown (seared).

  • 1 - 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary - add rosemary straight to pan as stead side two cooks.

  • Move rosemary sprigs plus 1 more TBS butter to the top of the steak and cover pan with a lid.

  • Turn off heat and allow to sit for several minutes (to desired doneness and to allow steak to absorb flavor)

*serve with roasted brussel sprouts and butternut squash!
