Step #1: Total Life Assessment

There are two foundational elements that make up the assessment portion of our work together to illuminate key areas of focus for your transformation experience.

First is deep level lab work through collaboration with a Functional Medicine Consultant to identify root causes of emotional and physical struggles as well as expose strengths and patterns to work with. The lab work gives us sure-thing data for customized approaches to reset your foundation for wellness.

Second is our discovery session where I will lead you through a journey of self-awareness, emotional exploration, and understanding your relationships. Together, we will get clarity on your origins, struggles, and aspirations, resulting in a profound comprehensive experience to move you forward.

Step #2: Virtual Coaching Sessions

Once the initial assessments are complete, we begin weekly coaching sessions. These sessions provide a personalized safe space for lifestyle troubleshooting while doing the mental, emotional and behavioral relearning that will lead to whole-self evolution.

Coaching sessions will include any variation of:

  • Mind management to unlearn and relearn thought systems to support aligned values and desired outcomes

  • Identity work to build familiarity with your mind-body connection and learn to self observe without judgment, cultivating self compassion that heals and transcends past  wounds, while setting you up for present and future fulfillment 

  • Behavior modification to transform habits one step at a time with integrated mind-body work that builds a new foundation for life-long changes

Step #3: Ongoing Communication

In addition to our scheduled coaching sessions, you’ll have direct communication to me via email or text for support on implementing the effective strategies and concepts we've discussed during our sessions. Your progress is important between our meetings, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Hey, I’m Amanda!

It’s time for you to know, understand and love who you are.

I’m qualified in mental health, alternative medicine, nutrition coaching and lifestyle fitness. I believe all of that matters in our personal wellness!

Through my own personal journey and educational path, I found conviction and passion for whole-person wellness and I am unwilling to separate the mind from the body.  I have personal experience with how food and daily lifestyle can be healing and I want you to have the mental and physical health that allows you to thrive. 

When we partner together in 1:1 coaching you get my background, connections and energy and I get to support you in finding your unique, purposeful and worthy SELF.

FAQ

  • I ask for a minimum 3-month initial commitment to establish clarity and a foundation for change. It’s almost impossible to predict how long our coaching partnership will endure because everyone’s process is unique to them. I honor continuous evaluation to ensure that coaching is beneficial and effective and to determine appropriate modifications or termination.

  • As soon as you sign up for coaching, Jon Mitchell and I will collaborate to get your lab kit ordered for you and send you instructions for finding a local lab and completing the process! After the lab sends in your kit, you’ll hear from us as soon as we have results and a group meeting will be scheduled where Jon and I will help you understand the results.

  • The initial lab work will provide us with crucial information to find out how to apply food-as-medicine techniques as well as identifying appropriate supplements that will aid your physical and mental wellness. Nutritional strategies will supplement our one on one work together throughout the process.

  • I’ll work with you to figure out just how to move your body in a way that leaves you feeling clear and confident about what exercise means in your life. Sometimes this means finding the right balance of curated-for-you workouts, identifying lifestyle strategies to incorporate movement into an already-busy plan, or using a pre-existing structure to minimize mental and scheduling efforts.

  • Currently, I offer a monthly payment and/or a 3-month bulk rate. If you need an alternative plan in making this investment, I invite you to share your needs with me and we can chat about how to make things work for you.
