Happy Monday!

Today is the day you can finally sign up for the Worthy Wellness Project. This is one way you can make 2022 different. Instead of committing to a couple of weeks of go-big-or-go-home effort and getting burnt out or discouraged, I invite you to embrace one of the truest concepts I've ever lived in my own life:

Slow down to speed up.

This goes against my human nature, but when I follow through and trust the process, it always pays off BIG! In this case, it means that a year is 365 days long and you will be living in this body a year from now. We cannot just eat healthy and exercise for the first month of the year and expect it to support us all year long. We need longevity. We need sustainability. We need what's doable when things get stressful. We need real-life wellness.

The Worthy Wellness Project gives you honest information and real strategies to learn about and support your unique wellness. I will teach you about your metabolism and about how food is managed in the body. I will share specific things that COULD be going on in your body or life that may be holding you back from feeling better. I will give you realistic tips and tools for workouts and recipes that are FUN and ENJOYABLE.

And I will do this every week all year long. I will do this for you when the summer is hot and we'd all rather just give up until fall comes. I will do this for you through each holiday, helping you to not abandon yourself or your needs. I think you will look back month after month and realize you are learning so much about yourself and growing in mind, body and spirit!
