While I believe everything you need to be in alignment with your unique wellness process is right there inside of you, I also believe that people need people!

So, why force yourself to do it alone.  Better still, why force yourself to do the hard things alone!?  The things like making healthy choices when under stress, things like following through on your plan to work out when you’ve had a hectic day, things like talking yourself down from the ice-cream-and-pizza ledge when your craving comfort.  Seriously, left to our own devices, almost all of us struggle and suffer in situations like these!

In the Awarding Life Group Coaching Program, more fondly known as the ALGC, we take a whole-person approach to food and fitness, so learning to live in your best health can be applied to your real-daily-nine-to-eleven-pm-crazy-awesome life!

This isn’t a strict or rigid approach to dieting and weight loss. Don’t get me wrong, if you commit to your life-vision, you WILL get results.

In the ALGC, we support a mindful approach to eating, supported by science and truth.  We apply evidence-based science, but modify things to work for YOU and your unique life!

LEVEL 1

This is HOME.  This is our safe place to learn, implement, experiment, and grow!  This community is after one thing- our best lives, now!  This means we cover general, but accurate, nutrition information and recommendations, fitness systems and workout science, and mindset foundations for success!  

This level of group coaching is for you if you are just starting out and need to build a foundation for weight loss or management, motivation, support, accountability and consistent exercise.  You’ll find necessary reminders, repetition of information to create new thought patterns and habits, education on new trends and accurate research to support strategies, and camaraderie with people who believe in life excellence!  

LEVEL 2

Leveling up is for you if you have your foundation set, and it’s time to build a house!  You’ve created some systems and habits for yourself with food and fitness, and you really want to drill down on the areas that seem to be holding you back.  You’re an individual and you want to know where your uniqueness may need a tweak here or there, possibly a modified approach to some of the things you’ve been doing!  

Here’s the thing… almost anything “new” will work for awhile.  But our bodies are not only smart, they are forever changing!  This level is for you if you’re feeling that infamous “plateau” or if you just have that internal yearning for more!  You know you can run that race or achieve that scary goal, but you need a little extra attention to make it happen!

This level is about individualizing what you’ve learned to create a lifestyle that will last for you, while also tapping into the nutritional and exercise-based strategies that will best support your body and goals!

Bev says:  “I had met Amanda through my friend and instantly loved her. I would see her at the Y frequently and asked her about Shakeology in July 2016. I had heard about Shakeology the year before and the cost scared me. Why did it scare me? Reflecting back, I truly believe that I was not scared of the cost, I was scared of failing again. It literally took me 9 months – until I got another email from Amanda that said she was having a group coaching in April and wanted to know if I was ready. Before I could talk myself out of it one more time, I ordered the Challenge Pack with all access. I figured I would try for a month and then quit after a month because it wouldn’t work.  First, boy was I wrong.
